1. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Brokers Connection platform and its services (the “Service”), provided by Brokers Connection Group LLC, located at 190 Blydenburgh Rd, Islandia, NY 11749 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Definitions

Service: All digital content, training, community access, affiliate tools, and resources offered via Brokers Connection Group.

User: Any individual or entity accessing or using our Service (“you,” “your”).

Subscription: Paid membership granting access to premium features.

Affiliate: A referral partner participating in our commission-based program.

Third-Party Services: External tools or links not controlled by the Company.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

4. Use of Service

You agree not to misuse, resell, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content, templates, or training. Violations will result in account termination and potential legal action.

5. Subscription & Payment

Fees: Subscription plans are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

Renewals: Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Downgrade: Canceling reverts your account to the free tier at period’s end.

Commission: Commissions already processed are retained; active deals continue under the original subscription rate.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to immediate access to digital assets and training, we do not offer refunds. Users waive their right to chargebacks unless due to fraud or duplicate billing.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for:

Misuse or abuse of the platform

Filing chargebacks after accessing paid features

Rejoining under false identities

Attempting to solicit or poach other members or affiliates

Terminated users will not be eligible for refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trainings, workflows, and community assets are the exclusive property of Brokers Connection Group LLC. Users may not copy, distribute, or repurpose any part of the content.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the past 12 months, or $100 if no fees were paid.

10. "As Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties. We do not guarantee availability, results, or accuracy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed via mediation. If unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration in New York under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Confidentiality

Users agree not to share, disclose, or use proprietary training, strategies, affiliate information, or referral data outside the platform without written permission.

14. Recording & Media Consent

All sessions, trainings, and webinars may be recorded. By participating, you consent to use of your audio, video, and feedback for internal and marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out of video visibility, notify us in writing.

15. Commission Disbursement

Commissions are paid by either Lendmate Capital or Fundrock Capital, not directly by Brokers Connection Group LLC. Payment timelines vary by funding product. Users must provide valid Wire or Zelle information and are responsible for updating it. We are not liable for delays or errors due to incorrect info.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Notice will be given for material changes. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
