Affiliate: An entity that controls, is controlled by, or under common control with the Company.

Subscription: Your access to the premium features of the Service after enrolling in a paid membership plan.

Third-Party Social Media Service: Any services or content provided by a third-party that may be displayed on the Website.

User: You, the individual accessing or using the Service.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.  

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.  

The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.  

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.  

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6. Subscription

Subscription Fees: You will be charged a recurring subscription fee for access to the premium features of the Service. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Subscription Term and Cancellation: Your subscription is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. You will continue to have access to the premium features of the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Downgrading Subscription: If you cancel your subscription, you will be downgraded to the free tier of the Service. You will retain any earned commissions already processed at the time of cancellation. Commissions on deals in progress at the time of cancellation will still be paid at the appropriate commission rate for your previous subscription tier.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service is

limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or $100 USD if you haven't purchased anything through the Service.

8. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting

the Company.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable

efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.  

By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by

the revised terms.
